　当店は実店舗も運営しており、商品は在庫共有商品となっております。

　そのため売り違いによる在庫切れが発生した場合、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承の上、ご注文ください。

　上記の点が発生した場合はご連絡させていただきます。

　Our store also operates a physical shop, and inventory is shared between the physical and online stores.
　As a result, there may be cases where items become out of stock due to overlapping sales.
　In such cases, your order may be canceled. We kindly ask for your understanding before placing your order.

　Should this occur, we will contact you promptly.

　・一点一点、手作業で制作されています。

　　当店で取り扱うこけしは、すべて職人の手によって丁寧に作られております。

　　そのため、木目の出方や色合い、表情に若干の個体差がございます。手仕事ならではの風合いとしてお楽しみください。

　・商品ごとに記載しているサイズは、おおよその目安となります。自然素材を使用しているため、多少の誤差が生じる場合がございます。

　・こけしは天然の木材を使用しております。湿度や気温の変化により、多少のひび割れや色の変化が生じる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

　　All of the kokeshi dolls we offer are carefully handmade by skilled artisans.
　　Due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be slight variations in wood grain, color, and facial expressions.
　　Please enjoy these unique characteristics as part of the charm of handmade work.

　・The sizes listed for each product are approximate.
　　As natural materials are used, slight variations in size may occur.

　・Kokeshi dolls are made from natural wood.
　　Cracks or changes in color may occur due to humidity or temperature changes.
　　Please understand this in advance.

　配送は原則、国内は佐川急便、海外は郵便のEMSでお届けいたしますが、地域や運送状況等によって異なる運送業者を使用することがあります。

　サイズの小さいものはクロネコヤマトのネコポスも対応しているものもございます。

　Shipping within Japan is generally handled by Sagawa Express.
　For international shipping, we primarily use EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.
　Depending on the destination and shipping conditions, other couriers may be used.

　Some smaller items may be eligible for delivery via Yamato Transport’s "Nekoposu" service.

　こけしは割れ物のため、丁寧に梱包してお届けいたしますが、開封の際には十分ご注意ください。
　万が一、破損が見られた場合は、到着後3日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。

　Since kokeshi dolls are fragile, we carefully pack them before shipping.
　Please take care when opening the package.
　If any damage is found, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

　基本の梱包が、プチプチの上に包装紙で包みショッパーを付けさせていただいていますので、特別ギフト包装などは行っておりません。

　Our standard packaging includes bubble wrap, wrapping paper, and a shopping bag.
　We do not offer special gift wrapping services.

　商品に破損・不良があった場合を除き、お客様のご都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。
　ご注文前に、商品説明や写真をご確認のうえ、お間違いのないようお願いいたします。

　ご注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合は商品到着から３日以内にご連絡ください。

　確認後、返送先の住所をご案内いたします。返送は当店負担（着払い）にて対応させていただきますので、ご安心ください。

　Unless the item is damaged or defective, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
　Please review the product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

　If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
　Once we confirm the issue, we will provide the return shipping address.
　In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost (via cash on delivery), so please rest assured.

　日本時間の14：00までにご注文いただければ、即日発送いたします。

　（海外にお住いの場合は、国や地域によって、発送からご到着まで3日～9日程度掛かります。）

　If you place your order by 2:00 PM Japan time, we will ship it the same day.

　(For customers living overseas, delivery may take approximately 3 to 9 days after shipment, depending on the country or region.)

　店頭での販売が優先となっており、様子を見ながら通販に載せております。

　お客様のご希望を受けての通販はしておりませんので、タイミングをお待ちいただく形となります。

　通販に新しくこけしを載せた時はインスタグラムのストーリーズで定期的にお知らせしております。

　In-store sales take priority, and we list items for online purchase depending on availability.
　We do not offer online sales based on individual requests, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
　When new Kokeshi dolls are added to our online store, we regularly announce it through Instagram Stories.
